Anna specializes in bankruptcy proceedings and represents creditors and debtors. She has experience in challenging suspicious transactions, filing subsidiary liability claims, excluding assets from bankruptcy assets, and other isolated disputes in bankruptcy proceedings.
Anna also handles corporate and commercial disputes, including those related to defamation, contractual performance, debt collection, indemnity, etc.
Prior to joining KIAP in 2023, Anna worked for a number of top Russian law firms and engaged in litigation and advice in land, real estate and construction-related matters.
